Family First, with Valentino Infante

Valentino Infante

The idea that family should always come above business is becoming more and more rare in modern day times. For Valentino Infante, his parents set the standard that family always comes first. His parents were both business owners, but managed to always make time for their sons and put the needs of the family above business even to the point of relocating from the Canary Islands to America. When Valentino Infante set out to start a business of his own, it was an easy decision to choose his brother as his partner for his new venture into the telecommunications field.

Valentino Infante driven toward success

Valentino Infante
When he was just a child, Valentino Infante looked to his parents for examples of passion, hard work and dedication to a dream. Infante’s parents were motivated business owners who passed their drive onto their children. As just kids, both young boys would spend many hours working on various projects for the parents’ businesses. Infante was only nine years old when they relocated him, his brother and themselves from their native home of the Canary Islands, Spain, to the United States -- to a new, thriving place to create a different life. But the drive and passion only grew in America. Starting over was not easy; it meant challenging work and pulling out that immense motivation his parents were filled to the brim with. Ambition overflowed from Infante’s parents to the sons, and soon, they were on their own to find career ventures.

Infante and his brother founded their own calling center as young men in Coral Springs, Florida. They specialized in selling telecommunications packages to others. But Infante always kept his eyes peeled for other opportunities and, one day, an exciting job with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital was available. Infante pounced, including leaving Florida behind for Memphis, Tennessee, and a role with St. Jude’s ALSAC.

At ALSAC -- or the American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities -- Infante became a bilingual representative, but grew within three years to a senior liaison. His upward growth continues as he achieves awards and leadership recognitions during his tenure. And all of this is lately accomplished as Valentino Infante raises a family in Memphis and works toward his Bachelor’s degree in marketing management.

The Long Career of Valentino Infante

Valentino Infante
Over the course of the last few years, Valentino Infante has gained a lot of praise from top leaders at American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC) St Jude’s Hospital. It’s no wonder; he has played an integral part in the organization and he has been a leader with several different teams that have won One Vision awards. Valentino has also been named as part of ALSAC’s Emerging Leadership Team, as well as Business Partner of the Quarter. Over the past several years, Valentino Infante has caught the eyes of many ALSAC leaders, and it is obvious he will go far within the organization.

Probably the most amazing thing about Valentino Infante’s considerable success thus far is that he has accomplished all of that while raising a beautiful family and also attending classes at the University of Memphis, where he should obtain his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management in the near future. Following that, he believes he will continue to move up the ladder at ALSAC and make the organization even better than it already is.

It was not easy to start over in a new country when Valentino Infante moved here with his family in 1995, when he was just nine years old. His parents were extremely hard-working business owners and they worked hard to instill a strong work ethic in their two sons. As a boy, Valentino’s parents assigned numerous projects, nearly every every weekend and all summer long. By passing their drive onto Valentino, they gave him a strong sense of responsibility and ambition. That is why it never been in Valentino Infante’s nature to settle for anything less than the best.
